UW-Madison students from across the health and social care disciplines may apply. The UW Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education will be holding virtual information sessions for interested applicants across the month of September. Applications may be submitted year-round, but the deadline to join the Fall 2025 cohort is November 24, 2025.
