Sign-Up: Paws and Prescribers, 9/17/25, 5pm, School of Veterinary Medicine

Registration is now open for Fall 2025’s Paws and Prescribers: An Interprofessional Session for Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine.

Following last year’s successful pilot, the Paws and Prescribers interprofessional dyad returns on September 17, 2025, 5:00-6:30pm, at the School of Veterinary Medicine, Room 2201. A light meal will be provided following the session. Those interested in attending from UW-Madison’s Doctor of Pharmacy and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine programs should sign-up as soon as possible using the following Google Form: https://bit.ly/PAW-PRESSUP

Join this interprofessional learning event to engage with a panel of pharmacy and veterinary medicine experts on the topic of compounding. We will explore the intersectionality between pharmacy and veterinary medicine through small group discussions between students from pharmacy and veterinary medicine programs. We will also hear from students engaged with WisCARES about the interprofessional opportunities at this community veterinary clinic.
