Enjoy singing? Want a fun break from school stress?

Consider signing up for the Prescription Notes, UW-Madison’s health sciences a cappella groupAn ‘a cappella‘ group is a group of singers who perform song covers using voices as the only instruments. It’s a great, low-commitment way to make music and get to harmonize with a group of friends. We rehearse once a week and since September have done things like caroling around town and a Christmas party! While previous vocal experience is great, NO PRIOR SINGING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO JOIN.

On the fence about joining/want to find out more?

Whether or not you are considering joining the Prescription Notes, we would like to invite you to our first event of the semester- a FREE karaoke night! We will be renting a room at Nam’s Noodles on Friday 4/29 from 7PM to 9PM. Anyone is welcome to join us on a first come first serve basis since we have ~14 free spots on the reservation. We are hoping for prospective members to see how fun and chill it can be to sing with friends!
