On behalf of the UW CIPE Badger and Path of Distinction (PoD) Taskforce, UW CIPE is excited to announce the first UW IPE Path of Distinction Program Graduation Ceremony to honor our first UW IPE PoD graduate, Sarah Uhm from the 2021 UW IPE PoD Cohort and the UW–Madison Master of Public Health Program (MPH). This in-person event was hosted on Thursday 4/27/23 from 5-6 pm at Cooper Hall.

During the ceremony, and on behalf of UW CIPE and the UW IPE Badger and PoD Taskforce, Dr. Khalili congratulated Sarah on her successful completion of the IPE PoD requirement

s and on her acceptance into the MD/Ph.D program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). He also provided an overview of the development and implementation of the UW IPE PoD program from its inception through our first graduation ceremony. ctor; and Catherine Still, a 2021 UW IPE PoD and OTD ’24 candidate; all spoke of their work and partnerships with Sarah, along with offering sincere congratulations on her IPE PoD graduation and future endeavors. After the presentation of the IPE PoD Graduation certificate, cord, and pin, Sarah took the stage and shared her reflection and appreciation for this unique and meaningful IPE PoD opportunity.
