The Center for Aging Research and Education (CARE) Network presents an interprofessional discussion on working towards equity for older adults on Wednesday September 30 from 1 to 2 pm, with:
- Tracy Schroepfer, MSW, PhD, Professor in the School of Social Work, is working with the Dane County Area Agency on Aging, NewBridge, and leaders from the Hmong, African American and Latinx communities to make case management standards more culturally relevant
- Megan Zuelsdorff, PhD, Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing, is a social epidemiologist researching the impact of stress on cognitive health in diverse communities who’s expanding her work with older Black, rural, and Native people
